Job Description: Assisting clients in the purchasing and selling of residential and commercial real estate in Kentucky and/or Indiana. Providing full Realtor services to clients including providing comparable market analysis, scheduling and arranging property showings, and providing feedback to clients regarding showings. Conducting open houses and researching zoning issues, lot dimensions, taxes, and deed restrictions. Educating clients on real estate laws, contracts, agency, fair housing, disclosures, pricing, and staging. Negotiating offers, price, repairs, and closing dates. Coordinating inspections, appraisals, closings, and final walk throughs. Also includes measuring square footage, prospecting for new clients, and conducting listing presentations to potential clients. Job Requirements: 1. Real estate license in KY and/or IN. 2. Ability to work independently. 3. Excellent communication skills. 4. Above average computer skills 5. Willing to work evenings and weekends.
