Job Description: In lieu of upcoming contracts we are interviewing candidates for the position of Industrial Engineer. The company has been conceptualizing its innovation since 2006 and was established in 2010. The opportunity is full-time with benefits for the position engaging in research and development. The candidate selected has potential for promotion into project lead and engineering management positions. Relocation is not offered. Salary is comparable to the geographical region and market. This position is located in Louisville, Kentucky. 3-5 years experience in the following ·Power Generation Equipment ·Digital simulation of assembly systems ·Strong semi-automation to full automation background with robotics ·Strong statistically analysis background ·Able to program logic controllers (Allen Bradley, etc.) ·Solid background in controls ·Experience at major diesel engine manufacturer, automotive manufacturer, appliance manufacturer or power generation equipment a plus ·R&D experience a plus ·Experience with MS Office, Minitab, Autodesk Inventor or Pro/E and AutoCAD ·Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma preferred ·QA/QC experience a plus. ·Minimum education: BSME or BSIE from ABET accredited or equivalent program ·Must be eligible for employment in the U.S.
