Company builds all types of commercial and industrial facilities as well has build-outs and is experiencing growth. Some travel required but based on individual. Qualifications: Prefer Bachelor's degree, 3-5 solid years experience with proven sales record. MUST have commercial construction sales background. Seeking candidate with developed relationships with architects, civil engineers, and commercial real estate developers. Candidate would find the opportunity and sell to the point of bid process.
