No Rules Networking Home Come join us on July 17th between 4:00 and 7:00 PM No Rules Networking is a net-weaving group that meets on the third Thursday of each month in Louisville, KY. No Rules Network now has about 65 people at our "get-togethers", which is really a better term since they are not structured like a meeting. There have been several success stories from partnerships, alliances, and friends that have met on those third Thursdays. We will be meeting at Fox and Hound Pub & Grill (click here for map - it is right near Oxmoor Mall - Behind Star Ford - Next to where Bahama Breeze was) I hope you join us and enjoy yourself, invite some of your business partners, friends, and advocates. In doing so, you will be sharing your network with people that want to share their network with you.
The No Rules Network e-mail goes out to over 7,000 people in the local area, with the goal of bringing us all together through networking. Use this site to put your event, or fund raising activity on the calendar. Also use your network to help others find the right employee or the right job for them through the Job and Resume list. Share a bit of you with someone - Get to Know them - Build a Friendship - Make an Alliance - Become an Advocate for someone. LG&E Announces Network Switching on June 29 As part of the ongoing work associated with the new downtown arena, Louisville Gas and Electric Company plans to switch over a portion of downtown Louisville's power network to a recently constructed electric substation on June 29 beginning at 5 a.m., subject to weather conditions. The utility expects no service interruptions as part of the change-over; however, it is advising downtown customers as a precaution to back up computer data in advance. Customers served by the new substation are located between Floyd and Ninth streets and from River Road to Chestnut Street. The property on which the old substation is located is scheduled to be turned over to the Arena Authority by the end of summer. This will be a major step in the ongoing support of the new downtown arena and economic development within the community. Customers are asked to call the LG&E Customer Service Department at 589-1444 if they have questions.
